Powerhouse Ultimo Revitalisation project modification 2 on public exhibition

A second modification to the approved State Significant Development Application is on public exhibition from 4 September to 18 September 2026 (inclusive) 

Modification 2 seeks approval to:

  • Extend construction hours to allow finishing of concrete slabs
  • Extend construction hours on Saturdays to align with standard City of Sydney construction hours.
