Location
Powerhouse Ultimo is located at 500 Harris St, Ultimo.
Constructions hours
Approved construction hours are:
- Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm
- Saturdays, 8am to 1pm.
Any planned works outside of these hours will be communicated in advance.
Work zones around site
Two temporary works zones are now in place on the eastern side of Harris Street and the northern side of Macarthur Stret (from May 2026) and there is no vehicle parking to allow construction vehicles to safely access the site.
Pedestrian barriers and signage have been installed along both streets, and traffic controllers as needed, to help guide pedestrians safely around the construction zone.
Managing construction activities
The project aims to minimise the impact of works to the local community, including keeping noise, dust and vibration to a minimum.
